Following a technical hitch that temporarily affected the ACCESS PAY (B’ODOGWU) platform, Access Bank Plc has announced to its esteemed customers and the general public that the brief connectivity disruption which occurred between November 10 and 12, 2025, impacting the processing of Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) transactions has been rectified.

The commercial bank said the interruption was caused by a momentary breakdown in connectivity between Access Bank’s network and the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) network, which hindered the smooth completion of Customs payments and related transactions during the affected period.

“Access Bank is pleased to confirm that the issue was fully resolved on November 12, 2025, and normal service operations have since been completely restored. Customers can now carry out all Customs-related payments seamlessly across Access Bank channels.

“The Bank deeply regrets any inconvenience the disruption may have caused, acknowledging that the downtime led to delays and concerns—particularly around potential demurrage charges”, it explained.

Reaffirming its commitment to reliable service delivery and customer satisfaction, Access Bank assured that proactive safeguards have been implemented to prevent a recurrence of such disruptions.

“Access Bank appreciates the patience, understanding, and continued trust of its customers throughout the period of the technical challenge”.
