
In a warm and celebratory message released on Saturday, October 18, 2025, the President of the Africa Association of Professional Freight Forwarders and Logistics of Nigeria (APFFLON), Otunba Frank Ogunojemite, extended heartfelt birthday wishes to Deputy Comptroller General (DCG) Caroline Niagwan, who currently oversees Tariff and Trade at the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS).
