
The maiden Transport Infrastructure Dialogue organised by JustAlive Communications Limited kicks off this morning (Wednesday, October 29, 2025) at the Providence Hotel, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos, with leading experts, policymakers, and stakeholders from across Nigeria’s transport sector gathering to shape the future of the industry.
Themed “Nigeria’s Transport Infrastructure: Innovation for a Sustainable Future”, the one-day summit is chaired by Mr. Fola Tinubu, Managing Director of Primero Transport Services, operators of the Lagos BRT buses.
Delivering the keynote address is Prof. Bamidele Badejo, former Lagos State Commissioner for Transportation and ex-General Manager, Research, Planning and Environment (RPE) at the National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA), Lokoja. He is expected to speak on “Future of Transportation in Nigeria: Trends, Challenges and Opportunities”.
Prof. Badejo, who currently holds the LASG–Professorial Chair Endowment on Transport Studies at Lagos State University, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (London), the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (FNITP), and the Chartered Institute of Transport Administration of Nigeria (FCIoTA).
Other top industry players billed to make presentations include Mrs. Olubunmi Kuku, Managing Director/CEO of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), and Dr. Segun Musa, Chairman/CEO of Global Transport Policy (GTP).
A high-level panel session will feature Capt. Ado Sanusi, Managing Director/CEO, Aero Contractors; Capt. Samuel Caulcrick, former Rector, Nigerian College of Aviation Technology (NCAT), Zaria; Remi Jibodu, Acting COO, Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited (BASL); and Alex Nwuba, President, Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association of Nigeria (AOPAN).
Also joining the discussions are Dr. Chizoba Anyika, National Publicity Secretary & Deputy Director at NIMASA; Mr. Frank Ogunojemite, President, Africa Association of Professional Freight Forwarders and Logistics (APFFON); Dr. Mustapha Azeez, Managing Director, AZ Logistics; and Mr. Frank Kintum, CEO, Transport Day Media.
Speaking ahead of the opening session, Mrs. Pearl Ngwama, Managing Director/CEO of JustAlive Communications Limited, emphasised that the summit aims to deliver practical outcomes.
