“Access to quality education and modern learning tools is not a privilege, but a necessity in today’s world. At PrimeTech, we are deeply interested in supporting the education sector and ensuring that every student, regardless of background, can embrace technology”, Moessmer said.
He added that while PrimeTech is known for planning, designing and building physical infrastructure, human capacity remains the most critical foundation for national development.
“Beyond physical structures, human capacity is the most important infrastructure any nation can build. Education equips young people to think critically, innovate boldly and contribute meaningfully to society. By supporting schools and students, we are not merely donating equipment; we are investing in potential, nurturing talent and opening doors to opportunities that may otherwise remain closed”, he stated.
Addressing the students, Moessmer encouraged them to maximise the new learning tools, explore freely, ask questions and dream big, stressing that technology and innovation fields are open to anyone willing to work with dedication and discipline.
He described Jiwa not just as a host community but as “a partner in progress”, and reaffirmed PrimeTech’s pride in supporting the development of its young people, expressing optimism about the long-term impact of the intervention.
The Principal of GSS Jiwa, Aso Hycient, thanked PrimeTech for the gesture, describing it as a historic milestone for the school.
“Today’s occasion marks a significant moment in the history of our school. We are witnessing the handover of fourteen 13th-generation HP all-in-one computers, a sixteen-student capacity computer laboratory furniture set and 100 literacy packs generously donated by PrimeTech”, he said.
Hycient explained that the upgraded laboratory will improve students’ access to modern learning tools, build digital competence and better prepare them for the demands of the 21st century, adding that the literacy packs would also strengthen foundational learning.
He assured that the donated items would be judiciously used and expressed the school’s desire for sustained collaboration with PrimeTech in the years ahead.
The intervention underscored PrimeTech’s commitment to preparing students for a rapidly evolving, technology-driven world. The donated systems, equipped with educational kits and hands-on materials, are designed to improve digital literacy, stimulate innovation and strengthen problem-solving skills in a more conducive learning environment.
