The high-level gathering brought together top executives, Regional Managers, Station Managers and key stakeholders for a transformative engagement themed “Reimagining Excellence: Ethics, Thrive and Sustain”.

The retreat set the tone for SAHCO’s next phase of growth, focusing on ethical leadership, innovation and sustainable performance as the Company strengthens its position in Nigeria’s aviation industry. It provided a platform for reflection, alignment and forward-looking dialogue, with participants examining emerging business realities, leadership standards, performance excellence and strategies for long-term growth in a rapidly evolving operating environment.

The event, facilitated by Emmarach Limited and Learning and Development Network International (LDNI) in collaboration with SAHCO’s Training Department, featured seasoned facilitators and industry experts.
