Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Air Peace, Dr. Allen Ifechukwu Onyema, has reaffirmed his commitment to sports development and youth empowerment with the endorsement and sponsorship of Nigerian boxing star, Elisha “Viper” Obizulike, the newly crowned West African Boxing Union (WABU) welterweight champion.
During a courtesy visit by the boxer, Onyema announced a ₦10 million sponsorship package, alongside one year of complimentary flight tickets to any Air Peace destination, to support Obizulike’s professional boxing career.
Obizulike secured the WABU welterweight title in December 2025 and has since emerged as one of Nigeria’s most exciting boxing prospects. His rapid ascent in the welterweight division, marked by discipline, resilience, and focus, was praised by Onyema as a model for national development.
