… assures of training, facility upgrade, others 

To achieve a better working relationship and conducive environment, the re-elected President of the National Association of Air Traffic Engineers (NAAE), Engr. Selzing Miri, has promised that the association will collaborate with the management of the Nigeria Airspace Management Agency (NAMA).

In his acceptance speech after being sworn in for a second term, Miri said he will ensure that training and retraining of engineers in NAMA, provision of working tools, facilities upgrade of systems and funding will be paramount.

He noted that with conducive environment, resources and good working relationship with the management, engineers will work beyond expectations adding, that there were a lot of engineers that were hard working but remained limited in terms of performance as a result of non exposure to trainings and lack of facilities

According to the NAAE boss, his first tenure was a learning process as he promised to consolidate on the experience garnered to provide better leadership this time 

Miri, thanked all those who made it possible for his second term victory and promised never to let them down. 

Others elected include, Salisu Tajudeen as the Deputy President, Udokwu Davies Tochukwu as the Vice President Abuja Zone, Abdullahi Nurudeen as the Vice President Kano Zone, Sonowo Ayodele Olufemi as the Vice President Lagos Zone, and Ephraim Abba as the Vice President Port Harcourt Zone.

Also elected are Shuaibu Muhammadu as the General Secretary, Kilasho Akorede Ibrahim as the Assistant General Secretary, Abdullahi Ahmed Wabi as the Financial Secretary, Yusuf Ibrahim Auyo as the Treasurer and Evabeta Ohwofasa Omasanjuwa as the Public Relations Officer.
