Tantita Security Services has reinforced Nigeria’s security architecture with the donation of a state-of-the-art Command and Control Centre, in addition to Hilux operational vehicles to the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC).

Speaking at the unveiling of the facility last Thursday in Abuja, Tantita’s Managing Director, Kestin Ebimorbowei, said the initiative aligns with the federal government’s reform agenda aimed at strengthening economic performance and national stability.

Represented by the company’s Executive Director, Operations and Technical, Capt. Warredi Enisuoh, he described the donation as a clear demonstration of Tantita’s commitment to national development.

Although situated in Abuja, Enisuoh noted that the centre’s operational coverage extends nationwide. He explained that the facility is equipped with advanced monitoring systems capable of enhancing air and land surveillance, as well as real-time incident tracking.

He described the 24-hour centre as a significant milestone in deepening technological integration within the Corps, adding that it would support the NSCDC and other security agencies in effectively discharging their constitutional mandates.

Enisuoh also commended NSCDC personnel for providing protection to Tantita operatives, noting that private security guards are legally prohibited from bearing arms. He revealed that 15 officers lost their lives while working with the company and pledged continued support for the families of the fallen personnel.

“We rate this partnership ten over ten”, he said, acknowledging the sacrifices made by uniformed officers in the line of duty.

In his remarks, NSCDC Commandant General, Professor Ahmed Audi, expressed appreciation to Tantita for the fully furnished facility and two Hilux operational vehicles.

He announced that the structure has been named the “Nuhu Ribadu Hydrocarbon and Maritime Security Command and Control Centre”.

Audi disclosed that the centre would be integrated with the Office of the National Security Adviser to enhance coordination among security agencies. According to him, the facility will strengthen intelligence gathering, information sharing, and inter-agency collaboration, particularly in hydrocarbon and maritime security.

He emphasised that structured data management and credible intelligence dissemination remain critical to national development and expressed confidence that the new centre would significantly enhance the Corps’ operational capacity.

Also speaking, the Executive Chairman of Zuma Energy Power Limited, Dr. Innocent Ezuma, announced the donation of an additional building dedicated to VIP protection services. Represented by Nwoko Alex, he said the facility would elevate standards in safeguarding high-profile individuals while contributing to national security.

He described the initiative as a global-standard addition to Nigeria’s security framework and expressed optimism that it would further boost investor confidence and drive economic growth.
