The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, (FAAN) has announced that its Managing Director, Mr. Kabir Yusuf Muhammed, has no Facebook page.
This came on the heels of a recent Facebook page attached to him which FAAN has advised the public to disregard.
A statement from the Authority read: “The attention of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, FAAN, has been drawn to a Facebook page with the name of the Managing Director of the Authority, Mr. Kabir Yusuf Muhammed.
“The Authority hereby state that the MD, Mr Kabir Yusuf Muhammed has no Facebook or any social media account.
“The FAAN urges the general public to please disregard this Facebook information in order not to fall victim of fraud.”
