
The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has recorded a historic milestone as Assistant Corps Marshal Ann Oladayo assumed duties as the first Zonal Commanding Officer (ZCO) of the RS. 2 Zonal Command.
The Command oversees activities in Lagos and Ogun states FRSC.
This marks a significant milestone in the history of the FRSC, as she becomes the first female to hold this position in the zonal command, which was first headed by the former Corps Marshal of the FRSC, Dr. Boboye Oyeyemi, over 30 years ago.
Before assuming her new role, Oladayo had held several key positions within the Corps, including Corps Commander, National Driver’s License, Corps Commander, FRSC Print Farm, and Head of Operations in Ondo State. She has also overseen various units, including the Information Processing Centre in Oyo State and the Intelligence Unit in Oluyole.
With nearly three decades of experience in Road Safety and Security Administration, Oladayo holds three Master’s degrees and is pursuing her Doctorate degree. She is also a Fellow of the Security Institute and Associate Fellow of the International Strategic Management Institute.
Her wealth of experience and expertise position her well to lead the RS. 2 Zonal Command in driving road safety initiatives and promoting security in Lagos and Ogun states.
