Air Peace has expanded its premium travel offering with complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off services for eligible First Class and Business Class passengers travelling on its London routes, extending the airline’s customer experience from the aircraft to the passenger’s doorstep.

The new pick-up service, introduced in partnership with SIMPLAA, complements the airline’s existing complimentary airport drop-off arrangement and provides eligible passengers with seamless transfers before departure and after arrival.

Service Covers Nigeria, UK Airports

Under the enhanced offering, eligible passengers can enjoy complimentary transfers from their homes, offices or other preferred locations to the airport, as well as onward transfers after landing.

The service is available in Lagos, Abuja, London Heathrow and Gatwick, covering key points of the airline’s Nigeria-United Kingdom operations.

Speaking on the initiative, Air Peace Chief Commercial Officer, Nowel Ngala, said the airline was focused on continually improving the travel experience for its customers.

“At Air Peace, we remain committed to continuously improving the travel experience for our customers. The addition of the complimentary pick-up service reflects our dedication to providing comfort, convenience and world-class service beyond the flight itself.

“Through our partnership with SIMPLAA, we are creating a seamless journey from doorstep to destination”, he said.

First Class Gets 70-Mile Coverage

Under the service, First Class passengers are entitled to complimentary transfers of up to 70 miles from Heathrow or Gatwick airports, while Business Class passengers enjoy coverage of up to 60 miles.

In Nigeria, eligible passengers can access transfers of up to 60 kilometres in Abuja and 40 kilometres in Lagos.

Passengers travelling on eligible tickets booked from October 1, 2026, will receive an email notification containing a link to activate their rides and confirm their pick-up and drop-off locations.

The arrangement is designed to make the transfer process convenient and hassle-free for passengers before and after their flights.

Another Step in Customer-Focused Service

The initiative adds to Air Peace’s growing focus on premium and customer-centred services, while supporting its international expansion and connectivity between Nigeria and key destinations.

Customers can book Air Peace flights through the airline’s website, mobile app, accredited travel agencies and major booking platforms worldwide.
