Travel expert and Group Managing Director (GMD) of Finchglow Holdings, Mr. Bankole Bernard, has shared insights on strategic business development, emphasising the importance of digitisation, structure, and long-term thinking to aid the growth of Travel Agencies in the country.

Bankole spoke at the recent Business Workshop hosted by the National Association of Nigerian Travel Agencies (NANTA) Lagos Zone, meant to empower travel professionals with the tools to thrive in today’s competitive market. 

Saying that Digitisation is crucial, Bernard stressed that data-driven decision-making, automation, and strategic partnerships are essential for growth.

Operational efficiency according to him, is key, hence the need for technology adoption is no longer optional, but a necessity for survival and scaling.

Bernard also reinforced the importance of industry standards, accountability, and professionalism.

Through the Finchglow Holdings case study, he demonstrated how combining structure, strategy, and smart execution can deliver long-term impact. 

With six subsidiaries spanning various sectors, Finchglow Holdings has become a respected name in Nigeria’s travel industry.

Leading the way forward, Bernard aptly concluded, “the best growth doesn’t come from reacting fast, but from thinking ahead and leading strong”.
