
Hawaz International Dynamics Ltd, a newly incorporated aviation and travel services company, has officially commenced operations following its successful registration under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020 by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) on March 13, 2025.
The company enters Nigeria’s aviation industry with a strong focus on excellence, professionalism, innovation, and timely service delivery, positioning itself as a strategic player in the country’s rapidly evolving aviation ecosystem.
Hawaz International Dynamics Ltd has secured operational recognitions and certifications from key aviation and travel regulatory bodies, including the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA), International Air Transport Association (IATA), National Association of Nigeria Travel Agencies (NANTA), and the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON).
Speaking on the official launch, the management stated that the company was established to bridge critical operational gaps in Nigeria’s aviation sector by delivering reliable, efficient, and globally compliant aviation support services.
The company offers a comprehensive suite of services spanning foreign airline representation, operational support, and the processing of landing and overflight permits. It also provides regulatory approvals, aviation compliance services, and end-to-end international travel management, including ticketing and visa support.

The Chairman, a former Director of Air Transport Management at the Federal Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development, brings significant institutional knowledge and leadership to the organisation.
