Etionary Properties Management Limited at the weekend redefined property marketing by leveraging rail transport to unveil its Casaverde Resort and Residential Estate, blending mobility with investment promotion in a single, immersive experience.

In a strategic move that underscores the growing synergy between transportation and real estate, the firm organised a dedicated train trip for prospective homeowners and investors to Moniya, Ibadan, the location of the development.

No fewer than 112 guests, including diaspora investors and key stakeholders, were conveyed from the iconic Mobolaji Johnson Train Station to Obafemi Awolowo Train Station, offering participants a firsthand experience of modern rail travel.

From the station, guests proceeded to the Casaverde site, just about 36 minutes away highlighting the estate’s accessibility and strategic positioning.

To create a distinctive brand experience, Casaverde promoters fully customised the train coaches used for the trip, transforming them into moving billboards for the project.

The branding not only enhanced visibility but also reinforced the estate’s identity throughout the journey.

The rail trip itself became a central part of the unveiling, allowing first-time visitors to experience the comfort, safety, and efficiency of train travel – an added value proposition for the development.

Chief Executive Officer of Etionary Properties Management Limited, Ivie Omas, said proximity to the rail line was a key factor in selecting the project site.

“We chose this location because of its closeness to the train station, and that is why we also opted for rail as the best way to bring our clients here”, she said.

Omas stressed that expanded rail connectivity across Nigeria would further enhance mobility and significantly boost property values in emerging corridors.

“The presence of rail infrastructure will undoubtedly increase the investment potential of this estate”, she added, urging investors to take advantage of what she described as a strategic opportunity.

Trip Coordinator, Chika Nnaji, described Casaverde as a serene country home concept designed for comfort and relaxation, noting that the integration of rail into the unveiling was deliberate.

“We wanted our clients to experience train travel as one of the safest and most efficient means of transportation while also seeing the estate’s accessibility firsthand”, she said, while commending the Nigerian Railway Corporation for its support and hospitality.

Guests expressed satisfaction with the journey, citing the smooth ride and overall comfort as highlights of the experience.

By merging infrastructure with lifestyle marketing, the Casaverde rail trip delivered more than just a site visit – it showcased a new model for real estate promotion anchored on accessibility, experience, and long-term value.

With its strategic location, strong transport linkage, and innovative approach, the Casaverde Resort and Residential Estate is positioning itself as a compelling destination for both homeowners and investors.
