The Executive Secretary (ES)/CEO, Nigerian Shippers’ Council (NSC), Honourable Emmanuel Jime has met with the Borno State Governor, Professor Babagana Zulum, to progress discussions on the establishment of one of the legacy Inland Dry Ports in the State.
