“”For three days, Abuja didn’t just see cars — it experienced them”

Jetour Nigeria turned the Maha Event Centre, Garki, into a luxury auto playground where high-performance machines, music, art, and culture collided in spectacular fashion.

The Jetour Experience Abuja 2026, which ran from September 22 to 24, was no ordinary car exhibition. It was a full-blown lifestyle festival that drew automotive lovers, industry players, VVIPs, prospective buyers and lifestyle enthusiasts for an immersive taste of the future of mobility.

It was cars, but not as Nigerians know it. Guests enjoyed test drives and tech showcases, but also spoken-word poetry, soulful acapella, violin renditions, Chinese cultural dances, art exhibitions, engaging panel sessions and a live stage play. Jetour made a bold statement: owning a car is not just a transaction, it’s a lifestyle.

Star power lit up Day 1 when Nollywood favourite Uzor Arukwe, aka Odogwu Panrara, made a surprise appearance, sending excitement through the crowd.

Yet, beyond the glitz and cultural fusion, the cars were undeniably the stars.

Jetour rolled out its full arsenal — petrol, hybrid and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) — including the X50, X70 Plus, X70 PHEV, X90 Plus, T2, T2 PHEV, Dashing and G700, plus the newly unveiled T1 and F700.

The test-drive track was the hottest spot, as visitors got behind the wheel to feel the power, comfort, smart technology and driving dynamics first-hand.

At a panel session, Managing Director of New Era AutoVehicle Services, Kemi Koyejo, captured the brand’s ethos perfectly: “There is no one-size-fits-all product.” She explained Jetour’s “Jet plus Tour” concept and its “Drive Your Future” philosophy — giving Nigerian drivers freedom to choose what truly fits their lifestyle, from petrol to hybrid to PHEV.

The event also highlighted how far Jetour has come in Nigeria. Executive Director of Elizade Nigeria Limited, Dr. Ademola Philip-Adewunmi, noted that in just three years, the brand has built a massive and fast-growing footprint nationwide.

He tackled the biggest question on every buyer’s mind — after-sales support. According to him, Jetour offers a 5-year or 150,000km warranty, structured trade-in programmes and guaranteed spare-parts availability.

“Nigerian buyers are increasingly research-driven. They aren’t just looking at aesthetics; they are paying close attention to technology, connectivity, performance and long-term value for money”, he said.

Safety took centre stage too. Corps Commander Cherries Muta of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) lauded the brand’s advanced driver-warning systems and proximity sensors, saying such intelligent tech is key to safer roads and fewer crashes.

Closing the three-day spectacle, Jetour Senior Manager for Africa, Perry Huo, thanked Nigerians for their overwhelming support and reaffirmed Jetour’s long-term commitment to Nigeria and Africa.

When the curtains fell on September 24, one thing was clear: Jetour didn’t just showcase cars. It fused luxury, technology, entertainment, art and Nigerian culture into one unforgettable experience — letting people not just see the cars, but touch, test, and live them.

For visitors, it was three days of cars and culture. For Jetour, it was a powerful statement that it is not just selling what Nigerians drive, but redefining how Nigerians experience mobility.
