Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited (BASL), operators of the Murtala Muhammed Airport Termina 2 (MMA2) has said that the success of the terminal is direct result of the dedication and professionalism of its customer service team.

BASL which is also a leading provider of aviation services made this disclosure at the celebration of its Customer Service Week from October 7 to 11, 2024.

The week-long event recognised the exceptional contributions of our dedicated customer service team.

Speaking about the customer service week, Acting Chief Operating Officer, BASL, Remi Jibodu, said the organisation sees every interaction as an opportunity to exceed expectations.
